Company Background
I am a dedicated professional with a rich background in advocacy and support. My career began at Merthyr People First, where I served as a facilitator for a self-advocacy group from 2004 to 2006.
Following this experience, I transitioned to the Dewis Centre for Independent Living, initially sharing a role as the Advocacy Coordinator. Over the years, I expanded my responsibilities to include Training Facilitator and ultimately became the Advocacy Manager in 2019.
As a qualified counsellor and independent advocate, I have developed extensive experience working with families in the family court arena. My roles have included acting as a litigation friend, relevant person’s representative (RPR), Rule 1.2 representative, and Independent Professional advocate, all of which underscore my commitment to empowering individuals and navigating complex legal processes to secure the best outcomes.
